We have 250 pads in our manufactured community portfolio. Consisting of 5 parks, 2 parks are in Oneonta, NY, 2 parks in Palmyra, NY and 1 park in Naples NY. There are managers on each property, and Ed Van Der Woude is our regional manager for the 5 parks.
